Kate showed an example of "ICT and the Key Competencies" she has used. Will be put on the WIKI.
Conference goers meet at Hokitika School at 1.30 to have an un-conference, followed by a meeting of the lead group.

Eric came and talked about funding to Development WEst COast for technologies for all schools.
Have a think about how much per child we think should be applied for.
Eric gave a copy of some resources on DVD. No limit on his time ring him if you want him.
Grant wanted to know if he should bring Jeannette Christianson with him next time. After discussion it was felt that there is enough happening at present and teachers weren't keen to add more.
Looked at Memorandum and those present signed it.
Melanie is going to work with Kate on School Master in their own time.
Please ensure all staff login to wiki and update their strengths as this is one of our milestones.
Ulearn has been finalised and Karen will book in everyone and email you when you can book your workshops.

Pay for registration for one person from each school. Approx 670 per person. Schools to pay transport. Have a look at workshops and put a case forward if you want.

The following success indicators from our goals:- 'lead teachers will have worked across cluster schools.' and 'Strengths within the cluster will have been identified and documented'.
Also, we can look at the finances and see how much we can support schools to attend the September confernece in ChCh.
